Contact and restaurant enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, requested visit details and any message you send us.

Hotel bookings: your name, email, phone, nationality, stay dates, room, guest count and booking total. Address fields and additional notes are optional. We also keep the reservation reference and payment result needed to manage the booking.

To limit repeated form submissions, the site stores a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s IP address and the time of the last submission, rather than the raw address in that rate-limit record.

Please do not include card numbers, security codes, passport details or other sensitive information in a message or special-request field.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond to you and coordinate the requested service. We use booking information to check availability, hold the selected room during checkout, process and confirm the reservation, send confirmation messages, and help resolve payment or stay questions.

We may also use relevant records to protect the booking service from misuse, maintain its security, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

Payments and service providers

When you continue to payment, the website sends you to the PayFort hosted payment page. Your card details are entered with the payment provider; this hotel website does not ask you to enter or store your full card number or card security code. We receive the payment result and transaction reference so we can update and manage your reservation.

Booking confirmations are sent by email to you and the hotel team. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to host the website, process a payment, or deliver those emails. Their own privacy terms may also apply to the services they provide.

Cookies and security

This site uses a first-party security cookie to help protect form submissions. Staff sign-in uses a separate authentication cookie for the restricted administration area. We do not use that staff cookie to identify hotel guests.

We use safeguards such as HTTPS for secure connections and restrict booking administration to authorized staff. No website or email service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending payment credentials or sensitive identity documents through our forms.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and reservation information for as long as it is needed to respond, manage a stay or payment, handle follow-up, and meet applicable accounting or record-keeping obligations. The time needed can differ for an enquiry and a completed reservation.

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to retain some records where they are required to complete a booking, resolve a transaction, or meet a legal obligation.
